Troy Mini, MA Theology
Pastor Troy comes to Liberty Church with a background in church planting and church revitalization. Pastor Troy is a graduate of Central Bible College, Springfield, MO - where he met his wife Dawn - and they have been planting new churches and strengthening established churches in various communities in the North East since 1994. Pastor Troy received his MA in Theological Studies in 2003. Troy and Dawn have six children and two grandchildren.
Ministry Operations Director
Jessica Mini, MS in Organizational Leadership
Jessica is a graduate of Gordon College and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She oversees ministry operations at Liberty and trains, leads, and equips ministry teams to serve with excellence. Jessica also oversees the children’s and young adults ministries, leading with a heart for helping the next generation experience the love of Jesus in fun, safe, and meaningful ways. She is passionate about partnering with parents, developing leaders, and building healthy, Christ-centered ministry environments.
Worship Director
Aaron Reeves, YWAM Boston Graduate
Aaron serves as the worship director at Liberty Church where he is passionate about leading people into the presence of God through worship. Aaron is a graduate of Youth With a Mission Boston, where he served for over 16 years in discipling young adults in missions and worship. Aaron oversees the worship team, mentors musicians and vocalists, and helps craft worship experiences that connect the church family with God's heart. Aaron and his wife Katie have six young children.
Student Ministries Director
Seth Ratajczak, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary
Seth is currently a student at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Seth is passionate about helping young people grow in their relationship with Christ. He loves teaching the Bible in relatable ways, organizing fun events and partnering with parents to raise a generation that lives boldly for Christ. Seth enjoys playing the drums on the worship team here at Liberty.
Children's Ministry Intern
Kaitlyn Mini, BA from Gordon College
Kaitlyn Mini is the Children’s Ministry Intern at Liberty Church and holds a BA from Gordon College. She has been a valued part of the kids’ ministry team for the past three years, faithfully serving and building meaningful relationships with children and families. Kaitlyn also serves on the youth team and is deeply passionate about reaching the next generation for Jesus. With a heart for ministry and a love for discipleship, she brings enthusiasm, commitment, and care to everything she does.
